Meljac opens a dedicated exhibition in London

A strategic move

With around a dozen highly prestigious projects each year, mainly in the residential sector, such as the penthouse at The Whiteleys, Meljac generates 7% of its export turnover in the United Kingdom.
The brand offers a wide range of products suited to the British market, especially its many brass collections, including one developed with designer Marc Newson. After several years working with two distributors, Meljac wanted to establish a direct link with designers and customers in this specific market.
The main aim of this new dedicated space in the shared showroom is to give visitors an opportunity to see the quality of Meljac’s products and extensive expertise for themselves.

Showroom 555, a dedicated space

Located at 555 King’s Road in London, the Argile & Partners showroom is home to four French creators: Argile, Edition 1.6.9, Ateliers Philippe Coudray and Meljac.
Meljac now has a dedicated space in this showroom for its UK product ranges. From switches and sockets to reading lamps, visitors can familiarise themselves with the brand by discovering Meljac’s solid brass collections and the colour chart of 29 elegant finishes, all produced in house with a surface treatment involving skilled craftsmanship.
They can also see the various formats, different combinations of mechanisms, and Meljac’s expertise in producing casings for a wide range of devices (thermostats, home automation systems, controls for air conditioning, blinds, sound systems, etc.), as well as the multiple possibilities for customization and bespoke products.
The showroom 555 team is committed to providing quality service, offering both private customers and trade clients personalised support and guidance to help them make the best choices in terms of design and technical aspects.
